Machine Service
Polychem offers extensive plastic strapping machine service, preventative maintenance and replacement parts for palletizers, unitizers and bundlers.
Tool Repair
Polychem can supply parts for or repair our B-series battery and PHT-pneumatic tools used with Polyester or Polypropylene strapping, and our SP-pneumatic and SM3000 manual combination tool used for steel strapping.
Training Onsite
Polychem offers technical training classes for service and maintenance technicians covering basic and advanced skill levels for standard Polychem arch machines, hand power tools and Polychem OMS systems.
Service Agreements
Service Agreements allow you to budget and plan your preventative maintenance to minimize unexpected interruptions and costly downtime.
Head Rebuild OMS/OEM
Polychem services and repairs various strapping machine heads and models, including Polychem OMS equipment and select Signode®1, Interlake2, Mosca®3, and Cyklop®4 machines.
Preventive Maintenance
Polychem offers preventative maintenance programs for palletizers, unitizers and bundlers. Our qualified and highly trained field technicians service and make any necessary adjustments or repairs for strapping machine heads including Polychem OMS equipment and select Signode®1, Interlake2, Mosca®3, and Cyklop®4 machines.
